Account Questions

Can I be a Courier and a Gardener?

Yes! When signing up, just check both boxes.

Why does the app say I have to wait to be approved?

Couriers must be approved by the area non-profit. They’ll contact you soon.

I was denied, what do I do?

If you’d like more information, email the area non-profit. Reply to the email notifying you of your denial.

I was denied as a Courier, but I still want to donate produce.

No problem! Reply to the email notifying you of your denial - they’ll remove you, and you can sign up again as only a gardener.

Where can I change my password?

In your Settings menu.


Donations & Pickups

How do I add a delivery for my route?

Go to the ‘All Deliveries’ tab in the Deliveries Tab, and a list of available items will be listed there.

Tap on each one to open the details, and then tap ‘Claim’ to add it to your deliveries.

How do I talk to the Gardener?

Go to the ‘My Deliveries’ tab in the Deliveries Tab, and a list of available items will be listed there.

Tap on the item in question to open the details, and then tap the green speech bubble next to the Gardener to start a conversation.

How do I talk to the Non-Profit?

Go to the ‘My Deliveries’ tab in the Deliveries Tab, and a list of available items will be listed there.

Tap on the item in question to open the details, and then tap the green speech bubble next to the Non-Profit to start a conversation.

How do I see what I need to pick up today?

Go to the ‘My Deliveries’ tab in the Deliveries Tab, and a list of available items will be listed there.

To accept the donation, or get directions to the location of the pickup, tap an item and then tap ‘Details.’

Where do I deliver to?

Go to the ‘My Deliveries’ tab in the Deliveries Tab, and a list of available items will be listed there.

I’m at the site of a pickup. What do I do?

Go to the ‘My Deliveries’ tab in the Deliveries Tab, and a list of available items will be listed there. To accept the donation, tap an item and then tap ‘Details.’ 

Then, tap ‘Confirm Pick-Up.’ Enter the information there, and tap ‘Confirm.’ Then, take the pickup to the Non-Profit.

Can I add multiple pickup stops to my route?

Yes! In the 'All Deliveries' tab in the Deliveries Tab, then claim all the items you're going to pick up that day. In 'My Deliveries' tab, tap the first item, then tap details, then tap 'Open in Map.' This will open the Google Maps app with your route in it!

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have the Google Maps app downloaded for this feature to work properly. The mobile browser version of Google Maps will not be as functional.

 

How can I remove a donation from my route?

Go to the ‘My Deliveries’ tab in the Deliveries Tab, tap the item in question. Then tap ‘cancel.’

How do I see my past deliveries?

In the History tab. 

How can I see the total miles/deliveries I’ve done?

In the Info tab.

How to I mark the item as delivered to the Non-Profit?

In the 'In Transit' tab in the Donations tab, tap the item, then tap 'Details.' You'll scroll down to the bottom and tap 'Confirm Delivery.' 

Then review the item details, and tap 'Confirm.'

How do I see my past deliveries?

In the History tab.
